Delivery Area
  • Free delivery service is not available for outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok restricted area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po and Lok Ma Chau
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after placing order.
  • Customers can manage the default delivery address on Members Only Page.
Delivery Date
  • Delivery date is subjected to possible delay due to delivery schedule arrangement and weather condition without prior notice. Final delivery date is subjected to YATA’s schedule.
  • Delivery will be suspended if Black Rainstorm Signal/Typhoon No. 8 or above is hoisted. Delivery will be re-scheduled by YATA.
Unsuccessful Delivery
  • Free delivery is applicable to one-time delivery per hamper only. Extra HK$100 will be charged for re-delivery arrangement.
  • YATA will not hold any responsibility for any failed deliveries due to the following reasons:
    1. Unavailability of recipient at the specified address on the specified date.
    2. An incorrect address provided by customers.
    3. The information of recipients is not sufficient.
    4. The telephone no. of recipients is incorrect.

B. Shortage of Goods / Refund



  • Order cannot be cancelled or refunded upon confirmation.
  • Whenever there is shortage of any specific goods, YATA reserves the right to replace by other goods with equivalent value.
  • Goods can only be returned if damage is found upon acknowledgement of receipt.

C. Others



  • Please contact our Customers Service Hotline at 3652-6222 for ordering 20 or more fruit hampers.
  • Hamper photos are for reference only.
  • Hampers are in limited stock, offers valid while stock lasts.
  • Hampers do not include any utensils and display items.
  • YATA reserves the right to change the size of hamper.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of YATA Limited shall be final.
